The Interim Certification Board for Environmental Assessment Practitioners of South Africa aims to advance the practice of, and promote quality in, environmental assessment through a process of (presently) voluntary certification. Registered professionals would have pledged to uphold a defined code of conduct, and to act in the best interest of the environment and sustainable development.
